What are Tradepacks?
Tradepacks are bundles of goods that play a key role in RavenQuest's player-driven economy. By crafting ‣Tradepacks and delivering them to distant ‣ Tradeposts, you can earn substantial amounts of ‣ Silver and contribute to the flow of resources across the world.
A ‣ Tradepack can be created with dozens of different materials. Almost any gathered material in the game can be used to create them. You can also do that using a Tradepack Certificate, and exchange it for any tradepack on a tradepost.
How to Craft a Tradepack
To get started with the ‣ Tradepack system:
- Gather the necessary materials. Each recipe requires a specific combination of resources like ore, produce, and more. Or simply turn in a Tradepack Certificate
- Look for the ‣ Tradepost icon on your map
- Interact with the Munk and choose the Craft Tradepack option
- Select the ‣ Tradepack you want to create and confirm the materials
- Pay the required ‣ Silver and ‣Effort fee
- You now have a ‣ Tradepack in your inventory, ready for transit

Tradepack Value: Distance, Demand, and Danger
Several factors determine how much you'll earn from a ‣ Tradepack delivery:
- Distance: the further you travel, the more you'll make. Each map tile between origin and destination adds to the pack's value
- Demand: prices fluctuate based on supply and demand. Over-saturation leads to lower profits! Check demand on the ‣ Tradepack (T) menu!
- Danger: high-risk routes through ‣ Conflict and ‣ War zones can lead to higher rewards, but also the chance of losing your pack to bandits
Wagons, Ships, and Tradepack Transit
Transporting multiple Tradepacks is key to maximizing your profits. You've got two main options:
Wagons
- Summon a ‣ Wagon by right clicking on yourself and selecting Create Wagon
- Attach a ‣ Wagon to your ‣ Mount by right-clicking the Wagon and selecting Get on Wagon
- Upgrade your ‣ Wagon to increase its ‣Tradepack Storage capacity
- If you detach your ‣ Wagon, other players can steal your packs!
